Mill Race: Flow of Change draws to a close

Mill Race: Flow of Change, the cultural programme that Lancaster Arts has been overseeing in partnership with Lancaster City Council is coming to a close.  

Funded by Historic England, Mill Race: Flow of Change has animated the Mill Race area of Lancaster, so-called due to the historic watercourse running beneath the streets that was used to power the town’s early industries. From 2021 to 2024, there have been 14 commissions taking place in the Mill Race area with music, exhibitions, dance, craft, theatre, film and happenings in the street.
