Access the Collection

We want more people to experience the art works we look after. We regularly include works from the collection in our temporary exhibition programme, but if there are particular parts of the collection you want to see, it is best to contact us to arrange a visit behind the scenes.

We are working towards being able to share the whole collection digitally with a searchable online catalogue. Currently, you can enjoy oil paintings and sculptures from the collection on Art UK.

How do I view the collection?

If you have a question about the collection, or would like to arrange a study visit, email gallery@lancasterarts.org, allowing at least 3 weeks to arrange a visit. We will aim to get back to you within 10 working days.

We love to hear from artists, researchers and anyone interested in the collections, so do get in touch!
