Nature Calling: Are You Lost?

Nature Calling: Are You Lost?

In September we shared the news that Lancaster Arts has been selected to be part of a national project called Nature Calling (check out our newspage if you haven’t already). We’re thrilled to announce more information about the project and ways you can get involved between now and October 2025.

The Programme

The Are You Lost? podcast series is kicking off this autumn, hosted by Bowland artist and writer Rob St. John. The podcast will offer glimpses into the project as it develops, in addition to inviting a range of guests to partake in conversations about art, nature, community and countryside access. The first episode is available on Spotify here.

Feeling curious already? You won’t want to miss the Creative Conversations taking place in four locations across Bowland and the surrounding areas up until Summer 2025. Lancaster will host the first Creative Conversation at Lancaster Quaker Meeting House Main Hall on Thursday 5th December 5.30-7.00pm (doors 5.00pm). You are openly invited to join the conversation with others who are curious about Bowland, art, nature and access. Please book your free place here.

Get involved by clicking the links above or email areyoulost@lancasterarts.org with your ideas and questions. We hope that the Are You Lost? Project will be as diverse and captivating as Bowland itself so please join us to be part of shaping it.
