Peggy Shaw is a performer, writer and teacher from New York. She co-founded Split Britches theatre company with Lois Weaver. She is also a solo performer and has toured her trilogy You're Just like My Father, Menopausal Gentleman, and To My Chagrin internationally. She is the recipient of three Village Voice Obie Awards and has been awarded the Stonewall Award for 'making the world a better place'.
This 3 hour master class explores ideas of difference through a series of creative writing exercises developed by Peggy Shaw and Lois Weaver over 30 years of performance and teaching practice.
