This technique class will focus on the process of movement, exploring the flow of energy through the body, emphasising efficiency and freedom. Fast-paced and quirky, the class uses continuous flow, weight and breath to energise movement through the space and body. Please note that this class will be pitched to intermediate/advanced level dancers.
Retina Dance Company, led by choreographer Filip Van Huffel, have developed a highly distinctive movement style and have created a large body of high quality contemporary dance works that have been seen across Europe.
